EV Charging Hubs & Stations
From municipal parking lots to commercial properties, we site, design, permit, finance, build, and operate EV charging infrastructure — often at zero cost to the property owner through revenue-share structures.

MJR Partners is a New York-based firm operating at the intersection of government procurement and private investment — winning public sector contracts and building the real assets behind them.

MJR was built by operators — people who have sat across the table from government procurement officers, walked construction sites, and structured project financing from scratch. We didn't come from a fund or a big consulting firm. We came up doing the work, and that's still how we operate today.
Our government contracting division was born out of a recognition that municipalities across the country are spending billions on equipment, commodities, and services with limited vendor options and even less accountability. We fill that gap.
Our investment arm was built because we saw firsthand how hard it is to take a project from concept to construction — and how few firms have the relationships, the capital access, and the operational expertise to see it through. We do.

We move faster than the market expects.
Every bid, every model, every contract is executed with care.
We own our results, good or bad.
Long-term partnerships over short-term transactions, always.
We win contracts and we build assets. Whether we're sourcing commodities for a municipality or developing the next infrastructure project, MJR moves with speed, precision, and purpose.
Government agencies and municipalities run on procurement. They need reliable vendors who can deliver on time, hit compliance requirements, and navigate the complexity of public sector contracting. That's MJR.
We compete for and win public sector contracts across equipment, commodities, and services. If a government agency needs it, we source it, deliver it, and stand behind it. We compete across a wide range of commodity and service categories, including:

We invest in, own, and develop real assets and infrastructure — from deal origination through construction and operations. Communities and property owners need modern infrastructure, and capital needs disciplined operators to deploy it. MJR originates, underwrites, and delivers those projects. Our active portfolio today is concentrated in energy.

From municipal parking lots to commercial properties, we site, design, permit, finance, build, and operate EV charging infrastructure — often at zero cost to the property owner through revenue-share structures.
We develop rooftop and ground-mount solar installations for commercial, industrial, and municipal properties — from site assessment and permitting through interconnection, construction, and long-term operations.
We develop standalone and co-located battery storage projects that generate revenue through utility programs, capacity markets, and energy arbitrage, with a current pipeline across New Jersey and the Mid-Atlantic.
Our process is the product. It is the same whether we are bidding a commodity contract for a municipality or taking an infrastructure project from concept to commercial operation.

We track public solicitations, municipal budgets, and off-market opportunities before they reach the open market — so we're prepared on day one, not scrambling at the deadline.
Every bid and every deal gets the same treatment: real diligence, real numbers, and a clear view of what it takes to deliver. If the math doesn't work, we walk.
Compliance, sourcing, permitting, financing, construction. We own the parts most firms hand off — because that's where contracts are won and projects get built.
Delivery is the beginning of the relationship, not the end. We operate, monitor, and answer for what we put in the ground.

We're a small team that punches above our weight. Every partner is hands-on, every deal gets senior attention, and nothing falls through the cracks.
